We are all unique individuals and each of our stories are different.
Learn to hear your inner voice and understand how you interpret your thoughts,
talk to yourself with encouragement and love ~ heal from the past.
Experience your world and make sense of how you show up and pay attention to life
through awareness, growth, with understanding and compassion for yourself
,
take chances,  embrace  change,  focus on the positive
live life fully and mindfully.

Today many talk about the idea of meditation and mindfulness.
The experiences of mindfulness practices influence a relationship with awareness itself.
The stronger we feel identified with awareness, the greater our sense of internal freedom and security.
By staying in the moment we feel a security and a sense of needing no protection in the moment.
We develop a more of a sense of personal security and grounding.
The more we can access such a stance, the more peace we will have inside.
A mindful stance is “welcoming and allowing” and encourages an ‘opening’ to the difficult,
a gentleness to the experience.

The more we can access such a stance, the easier it becomes to locate a calm place inside.
The foundation of acceptance is compassion for us.
Mindfulness offers a way to change our relationship to suffering by surrendering our need to reject it.
This is an act of kindness to oneself.
