Forgiveness is a willingness
to perceive everyone,
including ourselves,
as either expressing love or feeling a need for love.
When we can see everyone
as expressing love or needing love,
we come from a place of love ourselves.
With this in mind,
if it feels as if someone has harmed us
and we are willing to forgive them,
we will feel love,
not pain or anger.
If I choose today to forgive,
and not hold onto any resentments,
I can let go of all the feelings
that block me from loving.
