Our story exists to teach us, to help us grow, to allow our souls to evolve and sometimes to protect us. But we make the mistake of allowing our story to define us and dictate the course of our lives, and our fear holds us hostage to our growth.
The stories we choose to tell ourselves about ourselves and our lives dictate who we are and what we are capable of doing. We can become stuck.
To reclaim courage, we must look closely at the events that are tucked away in our unconscious. We can revisit the past and bring awareness and closure to it so that we can be released from the stranglehold of insecurity, fear, and regret. We can make a new story.
In order to access our courage, we can explore why we are so committed to our story and what we are afraid will happen if we give it up.
There are important and specific answers that need to be acknowledged and understood. Most of us already know about the hurt we carry.
- We are familiar with the armor we wear to protect ourselves.
- We know we are blocked in certain areas of our lives.
We need to go all the way and confront our insecurities, fears and regrets in order to break free from the ghosts of the past. We do not need to stay in stuck to protect ourselves from our past. We can move forward.
The fantastic news is that once we do this, we will discover the endless well of courage that has always been there nourishing and feeding the ground of our lives.
These messages will deliver us to the doorway marked, "Courage", and on the other side of the door is a new self-image, a more enriching story, and a life we are excited to live, thrive and find the magic of your dreams.
You are here to be your beautiful, empowered, sacred, hold self without apology, without explanation, without trepidation. Begin now, open the door.
