I feel myself becoming still and at peace.
At any time during the day I can bring my mind back to this moment.
I will bring my attention and awareness back to the peace that I have when I am with my breath and I know that my breath is with me at all times,
whether I remember it or not.
I can handle anything that come up today...
even if it is only for a moment at a time.
