Right Here, Right Now.

Today I can look back over my shoulder at my past.
With love in my heart,
I know that every moment of yesterday,
and each of those experiences of my life,
took me to today.

I will not judge or regret the past,
for my life has been necessary, valuable and significant.
Today I am experiencing all of my life. 
I find it exciting to be alive in all of it's moments.
