To feel strong
Take a moment to realize what feeling strong is like in your body. Notice your heart rate, your breath, how your arms feel from the shoulders down to the fingertips of your hands. When you feel strong is the feeling big or small? Does it have movement, such as a widening or outstretching of the arms. Where in your body do you store, "strong"? As a practice to remember the feeling in your body, this exercise becomes a wonderful tool when internally one feels less than strong. We can access our body's memory and active our minds to evoke a feeling of "strong."
