We cannot judge that some of our feelings are acceptable and others are not or choose what part of the day to allow our feelings to be felt, stuffed or denied.
When we stuff our feelings, we are pushing them down so tightly that they fill up all our spaces inside and leave no other space to feel anything else.
The more we deny our feelings, the less we feel.
If we deny our negative painful feelings, we must deny our positive ones as well.
I welcome all of my feelings today.
I deserve to feel joy and love and gratitude and warmth and affection, just to name a few.
